THE COMPANY
With an initial capital of P1.5 million, NEMESIS SECURITY AGENCY was established on January 17, 1997. For several years in operation, the Security Agency has been refuted as one of the most reliable and undisputed leader in the Security Agency industry particularly in region 9 with total current assets registered at more than P10 million. It boast of more than 200 clients and 400 security guards and manpower personnel primarily from the areas of the different provinces of region 9, Region 10, 11, 12 and ARMM.
It is a duly organized security agency engage in the provision of security and allied services nationwide governed by the provisions of Republic Act No. 5487, as amended by Presidential Decrees No. 11 and 100. Its main office is at 108 Talon Talon, Zamboanga City.
It can be noted that the Agency’s remarkable success in the field of industrial security is known to be dependable and trustworthy. Given emphasis are the effectiveness of the management, security officers and the security guards themselves in dealing with particular duties and responsibilities consistent to the needs and desire of every client that we serve.

AGENCY COMMITMENT AND POLICY
1. The Agency is committed to pay the salaries of its personnel particularly the security guards every 15th and 30th of each month regardless of the failure of the clients to pay for the services rendered on time. In like manner, the Agency remits on time the SSS, Phil Health, Pag-Ibig and all other government obligation in favor of the security guards and other benefits and remuneration due them.
2. The Agency provides all its employees with equitable salary consistent with statutory minimum wage and social legislation. They are also provided with additional benefits such as free insurance, bonuses, uniform allowances, cash advances during emergencies and other support services which would be beneficial to all the security guards in order to enhance performance and boost morale.
3. The Agency as a routine, always conducts round the clock inspection of all our posted guards on 24 hour basis and closely supervise the performance of their duties in order to attain the best performance expected by our clients.
4. Our clients or any of their officers have always the prerogative to select and demand the Security Guards they want to be assigned and or detailed with their establishments based on the client’s priority and preferences. It is strictly emphasized to our guards that their loyalty and trustworthiness towards the clients they serve is a paramount requirement in order to gain their trust and confidence.
5. In like manner, our clients have always the option to choice the type of firearm/ s to be used by the guards including the demand for additional security equipment and other related security devices needed for the improvement of security services.
6. In case of emergency, such as outbreak of fire, riot and other disorder, our agency can readily provide a contingent of reserve security guards to augment and reinforce the security requirements of the client to protect its properties and personnel during such emergency “FREE OF CHARGE, AT NO EXTRA COST”.
7. Aside from our regular Security Inspectors and Supervisors, the Agency assign Liaison Officer, “FREE OF CHARGE”, who can always coordinate with clients/ establishment at anytime needed and readily initiate immediate action in compliance to any requirement and directives of the client.
8. Nemesis Security Agency recognizes the need for training /education and reorientation of security guards attitudes. Educated and trained security guards are not only effective in performing their jobs, but they are efficient in terms of cost and other resources. Human intelligence and quality performance guided by proper work attitudes accomplishes the Security Agency’s task effectively.
9. The so-called quad concept of security which deals with the primary function of protection, intelligence, operation and customer relation is being applied in almost all types of security services by the Nemesis Security Agency that is actualized in three phases of responses (pro-active or prevention, reactive, and post active). More emphasis is focus on the pro-active or prevention aspect of security.
10. In furtherance of the Agency’s desire for effective security services and especially on client’s desire for effective security procedures, the Nemesis Security Agency has always place priority on some emergency condition which can occur at any given time. These can be burglary, fire, robbery/theft, extortion, terrorism and other forms of disturbances.
SECURITY GUARD PROFILE
1. In line with its vision and mission, the NEMESIS SECURITY AGENCY employs qualified and top caliber personnel with sufficient experience in security aspects. Most of our personnel are former military and PNP personnel, college level or college professional equipped with the needed skills and competence who are knowledgeable in their assigned tasks.
2. In our desire to professionalize those who find interest in embracing security as a profession, our Agency continuously conducts in-service training and education to our security guards from time to time. Likewise, the Agency conducts familiarization and records firing at least every six months for all our security guards to keep them abreast in the proper handling and check the serviceability of their issued firearms.
3. Experienced, uniformed and licensed security guards with necessary training armed with appropriate firearms and other equipment who are dependable with proven competence are the Agency’s pride in serving our clients. Some of the mandatory qualifications of our security guards are as follows:
a. Licensed Security Guards by PNP-SAGSD;
b. At least two (2) years experienced as Security Guards;
c. College Level or College graduate, at least 5’4’ in height and 120 lbs.;
d. At least 25 years old and not over 45 years old;
e. With good moral character, cleared by all government concerned agencies;
f. Passed the Neuro-Psychiatric Examination;
g. Passed the mandatory Drug Test Laboratory examination.

At present, NEMESIS SECURITY AGENCY has a total of 247 firearms , 20 of this are Long High Powered firearms (M16 rifles, Carbine Cal 30 M1 and Garand Cal 30 M1 while 95 units are 12 gauge shotguns. A total of 150 units are caliber 38 revolvers and 15 are caliber 9MM pistol. All these firearms are with corresponding appropriate ammunitions.
